Where Angels Fear to Tread {Modern Fantasy}

      The monsters under your bed are real and they are just as terrifying as you imagined. Or perhaps...you are the monster that everyone is afraid of...

      All the creatures of legend, the myths, the folk stories, the fairy tales...they all exist. We are here to make sure that they stay hidden. There are those that would reveal their existence to the world. We must make sure that doesn't happen, as we have done for centuries.

      We are angels, demons, and fey. We are folklore and fairy tales, but most importantly… we are the stuff of nightmares for those who would harm our charge. Humanity…

      While our role is the same as it has always been, technology has made things more interesting of late… It’s not heaven and hell who fights the battles. It’s us… the fallen…

      I’m honestly not sure what I want in this world. It could be partners, an investigation team perhaps. Or two characters on opposite sides who are thrown together for some reason. If you have any ideas with this please bring them with you, if not I’m sure we can come up with a good plot together.

Pure Strain {Post-Apocalyptic} Currently being written with Niferbelle

      Ceryn is a young woman, exact age unknown, who lives in the remains of one of the safe cities. When the plague made it's presence known to the world it spread quickly. The last places touched were the most easily isolated, Australia, New Zealand and many of the islands scattered around the world, but even they eventually succumbed to the airborne virus. In a vain attempt to save the few survivors safe cities were created. Isolated skyscrapers in the middle of nowhere, self contained cities that could house large numbers of people. Even that failed. Forty-five years after the virus was discovered 98% of the world’s population was gone, and even the safe cities had fallen. This story will take place approximately 200 years after the fall of the last safe city. The Plague has mutated a number of times over the last century, further decimating the remaining population. The world has fallen back into the dark ages, what little technology still works is almost useless to the day to day lives of the survivors. Some of them go their entire lives without meeting more than a handful of people, and some of them are like Ceryn, mutated, showing strange abilities, and therefore shunned and left alone to die. She has been alone for over a decade, since she first showed signs of a mutation.

      I'm looking for a writer to create the male main character as well as help with the side characters.  I'm leaning towards a storyline that centers around them attempting to find out what happened, how the plague came to be.  I could also see this going in a number of different directions, please PM me if you are interested!

The Guinea Pig {Science Fiction}

      I want to try a bit of an experiment with this one. The majority of the story will focus on the male character who will be undergoing some form of medical experiment in a facility run by the government. He could have volunteered for any number of reasons. Maybe he’s a college student who needs the money over the summer, or an older gentleman who is trying to get enough money to pay his daughters tuition to Harvard, the reason would be completely up to you. During this experiment he would live inside the facility. They provide everything he could need or want. During the first week he is there he finds the diary of a young woman who went through one of the initial runs of the experiment. What I’m wanting to do is have him read an entry or two every night while he’s undergoing this experiment. He’ll get to know her, see what she went through and feel connected to her because of this, and ultimately fall in love with her through the pages of her diary. My posts will be in the form of diary entries through most if not all of the story. I have a twist for the end of this, so if you are interested let me know and we can chat a little more about it.

The Utopian Affair {Fantasy - Steampunk}

Jessamine Gosling is a commoner, a girl disguised as a boy in the Tonalin Air Service.  Her family died in the last war, and she's been making her way ever since.  At eighteen she is a brilliant airman. But her secret is in constant danger of being discovered.  She was fine when she was on a cargo ship that did little more than ferry supplies back and forth.  The war changed all of that, suddenly every able bodied man was needed, and as far as her superiors were concerned she was just another young man ready to be assigned to one of the ships that would soon be sent into enemy territory.  Forced into a war she has no part of, she struggles to maintain her cover, knowing that if she is found out now she would most likely be brought up on charges for treason.

I'm looking for a more dominant character to counter this one.  Male or Female, either would work for me, but at least five years older or so.  Perhaps the captain or first officer of the ship she's assigned to, or an enemy captain who captures her when her ship is boarded.  Romantic or not. This could be a love story, or anything else you would like, I'm very open to input on this idea.  Either way I think that there will be a few set up posts before the characters come together, which is preferred.  I really want to create vivid characters with in depth personalities and quirks.
